City Challenge 1: For the Love of Toasts and Avocadoes

Classique!

As I've recently shared in Earthy Sexy Beautiful's Instagram Feed, I used to only just stare at these scrumptious, savoury toasts from accounts of famous health and wellness bloggers and have forever wondered on how would avocados (which are commonly used for desserts) would actually taste like on toast! I would often be in super AWE of how delicious they look and vowed to the deepest, deepest "chamber" of my heart to make them once  I get a handful of avocados. :)

Here you could see slices of multigrain bread and slices of good fatty avos getting ready to be served! :)

This was my first attempt to make them and oh boy, they taste so delicious!!! Almost "buttery" without a hint of cow's milk, just pure, compassionate and plant based deliciousness in this plate! One of the many things I've learned so far in this journey is appreciating, learning and practicing the art of creating good, nourishing Food. Yes. It is an Art, an Art that  is highly overlooked and mostly neglected nowadays as "LIFE" gets busy and people seem to not have time to pause and prepare themselves a hearty meal. Back during the old days, people seem to have more time to do this and enjoy a feast or two with their families and loved ones and wouldn't it be nice if we slowly get back into doing more of that now? Not just on Christmas and New Year's Eve. I mean, when you take that time and energy to create your own food and share it with people,it creates that sense of community and brings so much good vibes to everyone. :)

I challenge you, especially the millenials, yuppies, hippies and everyone in between out there, allocate days in a week when you'd commit to do this. Start with one day per week, then see if it helps you feel better about your health. And before I forget to mention, it might help you save a few or more bucks as well. :)
