Juicesabel's Red Rice Longganisa: An Earth Eats Review
So, it's been a quite long since I've been wanting to try Vegan versions of stuff that I've been eating before just like my all time favorite longganisa. Haven't eaten meat for more than a year now and I've never felt happier and healthier! Though I'm experimenting on introducing other foods in my lifestyle which I will definitely discuss on a separate post. :D

And THEY WERE FREAKING AMAZING!!! For a person whose daily intake of food consists mostly of green juices/ smoothies, fresh fruits, nut butters, steamed veggies,and some whole grains(that is, for now), this longganisa meal, surprisingly made of beets, carrots and LOTS(and when I say LOTS, it's really a LOT) of garlic paired with a special vinegar sauce was the ultimate Savoury Salvation.
Let me repeat.
THE FREAKING ULTIMATE SAVOURY SALVATION.

THE VERDICT
It has a raw feel in it, nonetheless, I really liked the meal overall. I mean, it didn't have the exact texture of the one that I used to have before but for something that was made with vegetables, meat-longganisa lovers would most definitely convert once they've tasted this.
We also had the Cheese Burger which was made of - well I don't know to be honest. But it was good. Though I honestly loved the longganisa way way better. :*
