FriYay's Healthy Thoughts: Keep Going



Are there days when you feel like giving up?

Whether that be in your job, in your relationships and even with yourself?

Let me tell you something.

Don't. 

Let's not. Let's keep going no matter what.

Keep trusting that you are perfectly where you're supposed to be right now.

And if we're mindful enough to realize this..




We're going to be more at peace with ourselves and take steps to be where we want to be.

Indeed, life is full of ups, downs, crossroads, stopovers..NAME IT. 

And we can always choose to be better. To be happy and to make healthier choices, not only with our food and our lifestyle...

With our thoughts, with whom who choose to spend our day with, with what activities we choose to do, with things, experiences, and places that we dream of going.

We may not know all the answers to all our life's questions today, thus more the reason why we should keep going.

And for me, that is to consistently seek to be healthier every single day in all aspects of my life - and to share that knowledge, that passion to live to our fullest potential.

This is My Life Work, and on days like this when I feel like giving up, I constantly remind myself why I'm doing this, not just for myself...

Oh Gee.

I got pretty serious and melodramatic there huh! ;)

Anyways, that's about it! :D I mean, sometimes we just have to pour out our emotions fully, feel and experience them just like waves in the ocean..passing..fading and going back to its usual calm self..And writing helps me a lot! I hope you find your creative outlet as well! <3

Well, creating delicious,earth loving food is the most fulfilling experience for me and the best way to express my emotions! now I'm thinking of setting up a teeny tiny pantry/kitchen here at the office. ;)
