Things that Keep Me going: Food, Passion and Love(Lots of Love I May Say)


There’s that  comfort that a  longganisa, egg and rice meal with hot chocolate gives me. I just can't resist it on days when I'm super happy and super stressed. 


Peanut butter. And Jelly. And Toast with real butter goodness.

And I’ll think of a zillion ways to use it for breakfast.


TRUST ME.



I love Cheerios. With Milk. Yes milk. That diet food i was eating before. Haha. 


Good gracious,  I miss it. 

Though now, I guess I've discovered a whole new relationship with real, good food. Those that don't come in boxes, carton packages..

The kind of food that makes you feel grateful that you are alive. 

You know, those stuff. ;)

I love to eat soups. Any kind of soup. As long as it’s piping hot and goes down straight to my core.( I’m a Vata by Ayurveda which are generally “cold” – not like cold-cold but like cold in its nature which is why everything HOT grounds me. Haha! )


Oops, did I just say HOT?


And I love him. Really. really love him. :)



Oh and did I mention, I love everything green. Green smoothies?

Man, I love smoothies! Green smoothies with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. Those kind of stuff that you put almond butter in. And just revel in the heavenly creamy goodness it does to your life. :)



But our relationship’s a bit quite messy as of the moment as I have renewed my love for oatmeal.

And when I say oatmeal, I'm talking about

Yea, sometimes(but seriously most of the time haha) I really go for simplicity. Those stuff that could stand on its own, without anything that covers or makes it so.

Just like doing yoga.

A mat and your commitment to practice is all you need.

Savasana. 

REST.

Breathe and Let go. Of the things that don't serve you anymore. Let go. 

Everything with positive, vibrant and good energies.

Everything that makes your soul dance inside. 

FIND IT FROM WITHIN YOU

and KEEP DOING IT.


Everything that makes you smile, and even cry.

Life is never too short for people who live their dreams, who fulfil their passion and who create his own path.
