Dance(&Bake) in the Rain: Day 11 of 340 Day Pastry Project Challenge

What do you usually do on Sundays? :)

With the work that I have, it's only during this day when I could really spend quality time with my family and immerse myself with my first love.

Well, If it isn't obvious yet.

*winks

Then I wouldn't know what to say anymore.

LOL!

That's why I make sure that I make use of my time every Sunday wisely. :) Cause when you work six days a week in the kitchen, you'll forget about the time most especially when it's immensely busy and tickets are coming in like crazy, and you'll never notice, it's already Saturdaaaaaay!!! :DDD

NOW LET ME HEAR SOME HURRAAAYS FOR SUNDAAAAYS!!!

Hurraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy!!!

Haha! Hurray for the time that the Lord gave me to spend it with my mom and my baby little sister to pig out at the Sunday market...

eating Vegan desserts!!!

Pandan Puto and barbecuee and ice cream and a whole lot more stuff!!!

Our food trip did not end there guys cause we were craving for some muffins when we got home so Les Patisserie Princess worked her magic and made three yummy varieties of mi familia's sweet cravings! <3

Don't you just love how I managed to use three languages in just one sentence? HAHA.

Talk about run on guys.

I've decided to bake graham muffins with coffee and milk frosting, peanut butter infused(I only use local ones such as Lily's!) graham white chocolate muffins and some corn bread as well!

Was so happy with their feedback especially on the graham muffins...though with the corn bread...my brother thought it was a maja sticky dessert shaped in a muffin pan.

*craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

Oh well, I guess I have a lot to improve the next time I make them! :) Nonetheless, it was a well spent Sunday indeed and I can't wait to share more of my pastry adventures with you guys! :)

Looove looove lots,

Les Patisserie Princess

PS
And oh, need I explain more on the WHY behind this blogpost's title?

I don't think so. ;)

Let's not forget to pause for a moment and enjoy life as it is guys. :D
