Royal Pastries in the Making: Turning Dreams into Reality
I've always dreamt of opening my own pastry shop someday...wherein one could enjoy his/her favorite cookie with a cup of gourmet coffee, share a slice(or two) of our Royal Chocolate Suicide cake with a friend or a loved one, or just even stop by to grab some sweets to brighten up their day! I know that someday, I'll be able to do that..I will be able to, as cheesy as this may sound, bring smiles to people through my home baked pastries with my cute little patisserie. :) And I just want to express how happy I am right now cause I know that little by little, I'm on my way to achieving that because of people who continuously support our online home based pastry business! It may not be as phenomenal as other well known & established pastry or bakeries here in the Philippines, but I'm going to make sure that it's going to be loved by every single person who shares our love for all things sweet & wonderful.

They say that if you want to achieve something, it would help if you visualize and create something that would remind you of your goal. I guess that's how it works with everything in life, cause if you can clearly see an outcome or an ending, you can definitely work towards achieving it. As my life coach/mentor but most importantly best friend would always tell me,
DO EVERYTHING WITH INTENTION.
If you're reading this Sir, you know how much I value everything that you're telling me and I dedicate this post to you for you've been God's wonderful instrument in helping people like me to have the courage to pursue their dreams. Thank you Sir, aka Mr. CookieMan. :D
Here's how I visualize Royal Pastries as a whole....full of pastel dreams and colorful wishes...
a place wherein one could have their daily dose of cookie, cupcake, cake and brownieeee happiness
a place where one would let go of their inhibitions and remind themselves of their dreams in life...
That's how I want Royal Pastries to be and I sincerely sincerely hope that you'll take part in our journey to fulfilling that.

Pardon ze resolution of ze photo but don't get deceived by ze looks, cause once you have your first bite on these brownies, you're definitely up for MORE.
LIKE, SERIOUSLY.
FOR REAL.
But if you're a fan of cream cheese and chocolate's creamy combination, these decadent French chocolate brownies with super generous cream cheese swirls are puuurrfect for you!

You can contact Princess @+639156532904 for inquiries & orders! For now, we accept orders from Mondays to Thursdays! Delivery is every Monday!
We do meet ups at Lemery, Batangas, Vito Cruz near Lasalle, Quirino cor. Singalong St. or just ask inform us where is a place you could meet us up and we'll definitely work on something! :)
Well, I guess that's it for now! I know Royal Pastries still has a long way of learning, fun & adventure to go. I'm even thinking of enrolling into Chef Heny Sison's Essential Baking & Pastry Classes to improve my baking skills so if you're currently reading this and have tried it, I would really appreciate it if you could give me feedback or if you could recommend a nice school to have short baking classes. :D
