Royal Pastry Project: Coming Soon!
Hi there! I believe this will be a continuation of my previous post which you'll find in here:

Here's a gist, but I think it's more of a reiteration of my passion. :)
Ever since I decided that I want to fulfill my dream of opening my own pastry shop someday, I told myself that I'm going to take little steps to achieve that dream - from creating a whole new blog that will help me monitor my goals & progress wherein I'd blog about the new pastry products that I bake every week and developments on the pastries that I'm working with right now. I'm currently working on a 6 month & and long term plan regarding this and I really really need your help! I would really appreciate your thoughts, suggestions, advice, and even sharing this blog to your family or friends who share the same passion for baking! :) If you also know a really nice school to get short baking & pastry courses from, or a shop to get baking ingredients & cute baking supplies from, please feel free to comment on this post, or even leave me a message on Facebook!

For those of you who really don't know me personally, I'm a 19 year old International Relations graduate from the Philippines whose mind races with crazy ideas and experiments with chocolate, butterscotch, oreos, fudge brownies, home made vanilla ice cream, macaron cupcakes and even mochiiii! Funny huh? :D
Well I do love my major cause it gave me opportunities that I never imagined of before - not only did it gave me the pleasure of traveling to different countries but most importantly, it broadened my perspective about the world, its many different cultures, mostly with the diverse set of people that I spent time debating, writing policy and resolution papers with & even having a "working lunch" with!
*now reminiscing those International Model United Nations conferences and it seems like a distant memory...
*nostalgiaaa kicking iin...
That's why I'll forever be thankful for all the things that I've learned in my college days. :) They're wonderful memories that I'll always be delighted to recall on cloudy days!
Going back, I may not have the necessary skills as of the moment, nor the financial resources to establish one, but what I can offer is this burning passion to bake from my heart - and share the happiness that I get from baking to my family, loved ones, friends and to anyone else out there who faiints at the sight of delicious pastries - much more when you taste them! :)
