Day 16 of 340 Day Pastry Project Challenge: Meet the A Team

Meet the Stockton Gang! :)
Starting from the left corner, meet Sir Del!

I can clearly remember when I first met him. Haha! Good memories indeed! :D He's in charge of ensuring that the kitchen has enough stocks and all that! And oh! he makes the best tomato tarts as well! :DDD You should try it with the scallops at Stockton! It's really good! :DD

Next from the left is Kuya Mon who makes sure that there are enough clean plates and utensils both for the kitchen and service. He's super kulit and one good thing about him is that he aspires to work in the kitchen in the future as a cook and eventually a chef as well! :D

Who says you have to stop dreaming? ;)

Third from the left is Pat who happens to be my direct mentor in the Pastry & Garde Manger section. :D We’re like partners ya know? :DDD He may be strict sometimes, especially when it comes to being serious at work, but he's definitely a bubbly, fun and AMAZIIING person to be with! He loves to say that word all the time. :) Amaziing! Haha! Thank you for being ever so patient with me! :) And hey Pat, if you’re reading this, our Paris Project is still on! :DDD I know in time we’ll get there! <3

Next to Pat is one of the most hyper and talkative chefs you'll ever meet! Haha!

Hi Enricooo! :D AKA Manong Daldal!

Enrico's(right most) assigned in the hot kitchen along with the kitchen's Chef De Partie, Chef Say.  They're both responsible for all that "hot stuff" that comes out from the kitchen. :D I'm just really thankful that happens to be my brother in faith as well! Finally a fellow INC at work! :D Thanks for all your help Enricooo! :D Oh and for sharing all your wonderfully inspiring books with me as well(EVIL LAUUUGH) HAHAHA! :DDD Let’s fight for our dreams, yeah? :D

Now, let me introduce to you our Japanese and Soup Master! :DDD

He worked at famous Japanese restaurants before, thus the title! :D And here at Stockton, he’s in charge of making the yummy and creamy squash and tomato soups with sweet potato and goat cheese filled tortellinis! <3 <3 <3 SUPER YUMMYYYYY!!!! :DDD

Now meet our Chef De Partie, Chef Sey! :D He’s one of the most talkative chefs you’ll meet as well! Haha! It’s fine though as long as he makes us handmade sisig pizza! They’re the bomb guys! I swear!!! Haha! Thanks Chef Sey! And by the way, I’m sorry I really can’t help but smile and laugh sometimes…even for five minutes..I just can’t. :P Haha!

Here’s another pictuuuuure!!! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Though not included in the picture, there’s also Kuya Abel who’s in charge of food preparation! :D

So there you go! That’s just a glimpse of the amazing bunch of people that I work with at Stockton! :D I’ll definitely write more about them in the future. But for the meantime, what you see is definitely what you get from this. J

Lotsa baking & loving,
