Day 13 - What is your dream?
You might be curious how I ended up as a Pastry Cook at Stockton Place, right? :)
Let's just say that I was really lucky to have met Chef Rae who told me about the opening at this wonderful place cause Ana, who heads the Pastry section was leaving for New York to pursue her pastry dreams.
And so, the whole Stockton team arranged a lunch date for her before she leaves.. :)
It was really nice to see all of them together. They're definitely a team :) And I'm really thankful that I'm now also part of it. :D And one of the few things that struck me was when Sir Andrew( Chef Celine's husband on the far most right ) asked,
"What's your dream Ana?"
And that made me think...
And I want you to think about it as well...
