Sundaaay is Cookiee Day!




So, I've beeeen dyiiing for weeeeks noooow. Not being able to be for liike centuriies alreadyy! I sweaar, not bakiing feels liike dyiing for mee - literally - my taste buuds, myy sweet tooth(LOL!) , and every singleee sweeet cell in mmyyy bodyyyy experiences this kind of deaaath!! 

 #PASTRYYDEAAATH

 And even looking at the most mouth wateriing chocolate molten cake or the most luscious chocolate dessert from my favoriite pastryy bloogs don't do justice to myy IWANNABAKENOW impulsess! I seriously just can't take NOT BEING ABLE TO BAKE for that loooooong! 

 I miss lookiing at the oven and waitiing for thaat cake batter to riiiise and tadaaaaaa!!! It's frostiing tiime! I miss pouriing batter on thoose cuute little cupcaake tiins and beaatiing tirelesslyyy to maake myy traditioonal marshmalloow frostiing for smoores cupcaakes!!

And most especially - 
I miss the smell of the cookieeees burniing up in myy oven - Well yes that juust happened yesterday with my last batch of PEANUTBUTTERNUTELLAOATMEAL cookies! hahah! Too bad I wasn't able to get them out of the oven for just liike 3 minuutes! *siiigh and I gueess you knoow what happened!

 *so noow, can you feeeel how I badlyyy want to juust go to our pantryy and juust baake to myy heaart's conteent?

 Which I did yesterdaay! hahah! And I call it A COOKIE DAAY  - cause I baked two kinds of cookies - one is a red velvet cookie and the other one is peanut butter oatmeal with nutella filliiing coookiiieeeee!!! <3

 Well I originallyy wanted to make my graham smores cookies but I ran short of chocolaate chiips to maake one baatch soo I juust baaked with what I have - which are THEEEESE! <3



So first, I decided to make red velvet cookieees! I've tried to make red velvet cupcaakes befoore and I have yet to bake them into perfection in the future #ohyesIdefinitelywill but there's just something about red velveets that maake theem stand out from the reeest! It may be how the cream cheese icing wonderfullyyy blends in with the red velvet caake - well that I don't knoow! People juust looooooooooove theeem!!! I even think thaat looooove is an understatemeent! LOL! :D 





Going baack to the cookies, well, they didn't turn out as red as I wanted them to be #FAIL! but the first batch that I made were gone as soon as they got out of the oveeen! #fulfillment



NOTE for FUTURE REFERECE: Use as much as red food coloriing next tiime! hahah! 

Now, let's move on to my PEANUTBUTTERNUTELLAOATMEAL cookieeees! <3 I never liked peanut butter that muuch befooore but belieeve me, anythiing wiith nutellaaaa makes everythiing taaste greaaat! :DDD So then, I decided to make peanut butter oatmeaal cookiiees with nutellaa filliiing!!! EXCIITIIING!! <3

After making the dough, I have to painfully waiiit for 30 minuutes while freezing the dough to turn them like thiiiiis!!!! <3

And for the FINAAL TOUUUCH! Coveriing theem with another layeer of peanutbutter&oatmeaal goodness!! It's just liike putting a blaanket to proteect that precioous nutellaaa filliiing!

 TADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!! Now this ist the moooost fuun and hardeest part for mee when I'm baakiing: when you put them in the oveen and get to see those cuute littlee cookiies and at the saame tiime, waiiitiing for theem to bee completelyy baaked and devouured! hahahhahhaha!
